This mate is awesome! Its so hard to find mate cups made of calden wood. The one I had finally cracked after 10 years of use and only Bc I my son kept leaving used Yerba in it. Since then, Ive spent months searching for one thats similar in quality to the one I had. So when I saw this one, I immediately bought two. There was confusion in the shipping process and only got 1 in the mail. But Marcos replied to my message within MINUTES, apologized and gave me a new tracking number literally within the hour. He also didnt have to, but he sent an extra straw as a gift to apologize for having only sent half my order. I will definitely be checking out their other products.
