Processing time

Most items are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of purchase. For products requiring additional preparation (custom work, engraving, etc.), please refer to the Shipping section on each product page for specific processing times.

We accept refunds and exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your item you can sent it back for an exchange or refund.

30-Day Return window (begins when your order is delivered)

• You have 30 days from when you receive your order to lodge a return
• We cover the cost of shipping your return back to us when you select a size exchange or store credit
• Your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed as soon as your return parcel is scanned as "in transit"
