How long will I have to wait between ordering and shipping?
Once your order is placed it will be sent within 1 and 2 days later (longer if you ask for custom products).
Which courier do you use for shipping?
We use FedEx for all our shipments. Every shipment is fully trackable. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing the tracking information. If you have any questions or need assistance, we are always happy to help.
Is the shipping insured?
Yes, all of our shipments are insured. If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with FedEx. Be aware that there is a two-week window from the delivery date within which we can start a claim with FedEx.

Once we have shipped your order we will send you a tracking number which you can use to monitor the progress of your package on the FedEx website.

How long before my product arrives?
We use FedEx International shipping. Delivery takes approximately 2-4 business days. This estimation changes between destination countries.
