How long will I have to wait between ordering and shipping?
Once your order is placed it will be sent within 1 and 2 days later (longer if you ask for custom products).
Tracking/Where is my package?
Once we have shipped your order we will send you a tracking number which you can use to monitor the progress of your package on the FedEx website.
Where are the products being shipped from?
All our products are shipped from and traditionally crafted in Argentina.

How long before my product arrives?
We use FedEx International shipping. Delivery takes approximately 2-4 business days. This estimation changes between destination countries. The average delivery time to customers based in the United States for small products is 2 business days. If you need a more accurate estimation, please contactus – we love to hear from you!
We are unable to account for any additional customs/shipping fee's incurred after we ship the package from our facility, as customs fees will vary and differ from place to place. we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.
What about a refund?
We will refund your money to you as soon as er received the product. Please allow up to one week for it to be processed.
I need to return/exchange an item
If you need to return an item, please visit our exchange/returns portal with your order number and zipcode. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items for your individual order.
