Initial Setup:
- Before first use, season your grill grates by coating them lightly with high-heat cooking oil
- Heat the grill at medium temperature for 20-30 minutes to create a natural non-stick surface
Regular Maintenance:
- After each use, while grates are still warm, clean with a stiff wire brush to remove food residue
- Periodically reapply a thin layer of cooking oil to maintain the seasoned surface
- For stubborn residue, use hot water and a scraper, avoiding harsh.
Storage:
- If storing outdoors, use the recommended grill cover to protect from elements
- We recommend remove the grilling sections and store them indoors when not in use (they are designed to be easily removed and reinstalled)
